Maury C. was born in Las Tunas, Cuba (in the west side of Cuba), there he
began his studies playing the piano at the age of 5, following that he started
his career as a violinist in the Vocational School of Art Juan Napoles
Fajardo “El Cucalambre” in 2001 at the age of 7, where he had concerts
and multiple participations. Finishing his studies in Classical Music, he then
took an interest in the more popular and urban music. At a young age he
worked with great musicians such as Los Trovadores Iraida William, Freddy
Laffita & Norge Batista, also shared moments with Raul Torres and Pablo
Milanes making himself known at his University. He was incorporated to
cultural work at the same University (Universidad de Ciencias Informaticas)
or U.C.I. He was also in important events such as The Closing of the
National Workshop of Information and Cybersecurity where President Diaz
Canel, on January 18, 2019. He also had another event where the Minister
of Education and other Embassadors of the countries that have students in
Cuba. He worked as a Mariachi for nearly 3 consecutive years, connecting
with Mexican music and its essence. While being in the Capital of Cuba he
started receiving more offers. He made his first video called Unlikely, with
fresh ideas of how to connect music with any element or instrument.

In the year 2022 he decided to move to the United States of America
searching for new work opportunities and looking to expand his skills in
different musical genres. He worked in Tampa, FL with Giselle y su Banda
Genesis. Also worked in Miami, FL with Hilda Horta helping foundations for
children with special needs.
He decides to move to Los Angeles, CA where he started gaining
connections thru Martin Ortiz with the Honduran community giving way to
new opportunities of work collaborating with the Mexican Consulate in Los

conditions leaning on the people who believed in him. He decided to name
one of his projects “Connected With” which made its debut March 16.

branches of society, such as political, economic, and social.

Also recently collaborated with the Company Decohabana which is a
company that does decorations for special events.
